iSupport Guest user Home page error

Hi,

I am facing the following error while login through guest user in iSupport.

Error = "The Application is currently not available or an unexpected error has occured. Please try again Later. If this message please contact System adminiatraotor"

I performed the following setups.

1. Create a guest user

2. Map the guest user with a customer

3. Assign the isupport guest user responsibility

4. Assign the IBU guest role to the guest user in Administrator resp.

5. Set the JTF profiles

I use the regulare login pafe and could able to log in to the EBIZ responsibility page. I have only one responsibility i.e. "iSupport Guest User" is assigned. I select the HOME page thorough following navigation.
