Not able to generate Outbound ASN for a Delivery

Hi,

When Ship Confirming the Trip , the Outbound ASN is not generated.Primilary analysis shows that the Ship-To location on the delivery is different from the Drop-Off Location.This delivery is part of a Trip whihch contains another delivery which is closed and having ASN generated.

Please refer the screen shots of the Issue attached herewith.

Please suggest the cause of this.
