R12.1.3 : patch application issue when compiling the pll

Hello,

During adpatch all the pll compilations are failing with :

Temporarily resetting FORMS_PATH to:

"$APPL_TOP/au/12.0.0/resource:$APPL_TOP/au/12.0.0/forms/US:$APPL_TOP/au/12.0.0/resource/US"

Generating library "resource/APCACHE.plx" with command:

Results of library generation:
