How to uninstall language from Oracle EBS 12.1.1?

Hi,

Is it possible to uninstall the language, which once was installed? I don't want to manually edit FND_LANGUAGES table. Do You have any idea to remove all language records in database (something like 'Maintain multi-lingual tables' in adadmin) and all language subdirectories on $NAME_TOPs?
