EXC: Transaction Exception Details by PA Period Records keep coming up

Hello

In R12 while running EXC: Transaction Exception Details by PA Period, it shows some transactions and suggest to run PRC: Interface Supplier Cost. After we run that it is cleared exception report but after a while same transactions come up.

Please suggest.
