Cannot Perform Insert while creating Invoice in REIM 13.2.6

Hello everyone,

we are unable to create a invoice in reim 13.2.6 application. we founded the below error in the log.

2014-02-03 14:02:43,261 ERROR [[ACTIVE] ExecuteThread: '0' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'] com.retek.reim.merch.utils.ReIMException - com.retek.reim.merch.utils.ReIMException: Cannot perform insert

* until you fix the problem. Following is what you should do:             *

* 1) Add a new set of records to im_base_data.sql script file.            *

* 2) Run the sql script to reload all the records.                        *

* The Script will delete IM_GLOBAL_PREFERECES and IM_USER_PREFERENCES     *
