when running the FSG report from the Report manger the e-mail option is not working

hi

we have created our P&L as an FSG scheduled to run from the report manger on daily basis . since we could not set the report to be sent to the user via e-mail from the Report manger screen we went to view /request and searched for the scheduled FSG and set up the report to be sent to the users via e-mail . when the scheduled report publishing takes place the e-mail is not being sent to the users although we have scheduled the same requirements from the GL FSG publisher and the e-mail option is working. kindly check
