11.5.10.2 : Oracle mandatory patching for E-Business Suite 11.5.10 is unclear in Note 883202.1

Hello,

In document "Patch Requirements for Extended Support of Oracle E-Business Suite Release 11.5.10 (Doc ID 883202.1)"

From this document we  have identified the following Assets patches as required.

6317575

7044061

However, this note appears to be very out of date in that:-

6317575 highly recommends FAPOST patch 5648818 but  this patch has been superseded by 12917904 but this patch says check with support to confirm its a suitable replacement.
Can Oracle support confirm suitability of this patch please?
How is suitability determined? Our Assets module is installed only in SHARED Status i.e. not a fully installed product.

Patch 6771614  is also a critical patch defect patch for
