A little help in choosing the version to upgrade from when starting IRM

The following IP2013 Siebel 8.1/ 8.2 Database Upgrade guide section is discussing these choices:

The detail available from Table 26. Information Required for the Database Configuration Utilities, under Current Siebel Version is to be interpreted as follows:

• Choose v8_1_1SIA_To_v8_1_1_9SIA if you are on any 8.1.1 version, including 8.1.1.9, where no IRM was run (because not available when these FPs were rolled out);
• Choose v8_1_1SIA_To_v8_1_1_9SIA also if you are on 8.1.1.10 but no IRM was executed (just FP software installed, no IRM changes applied – virtually in the same situation as above);
