Stopping the Automation of Employee Number

Hi All,

I am trying to set up a new employee in HR system , but the employee numbers are getting assigned by itself to the employee while saving the details for one of the Operating unit.

As i have different employee numebr for those employees which i want to assign.

Could some one help me where i need to go and make the changes so that the employee number will not come by itself  that is I can enter manually the employee number.
