JDBC connection making Blocking lock in EBS 11i PROD instance

Hi All,

The below session is causing blocking in our EBS 11.5.10.2  PRODUCTION instance.


I have checked the OS process as below.
Please let me know whether it is safe to kill this process "7632" in PROD instance.
