F0618, Employee Transaction History

Hi. I'm a developer.  There is a custom read only report which reads from F0618, Employee Transaction History. The report output is different in PY vs. PD for period 10 data even though PY was refreshed in early Dec. I suspect that data for period 10 was added after early Dec. Are there any date audit fields in the F0618, Employee Transaction History which would prove my theory?

Also, is it possible to delete records from the F0618? This would also explain why the number of records for certain employees are different for PY vs. PD for period 10 data. I'm wondering if someone could have gone into PY and delete some records. This is in addition to the extra records in PD for period 10 data.
