BMO to PeopleSoft 9.0

We are currently working with BMO to setup procurement card functionality in PeopleSoft 9.0 . BMO has advised that they can provide us with the CDF3 file in three versions ( CDF3 version 8, 10 and 12). We have attempted unsuccessful in bring the version 12 file through.  Any insight from any other folks who have sucessfully integrated to CDF3 file to PeopleSoft is much appreciated. - it is unclear to us from Oracle documentation, support or BMO what the proper CDF3 file version we should be using with PeopleSoft 9.0.
