How to Deploy the Latest Database Plugin to the OMS and the Agent in 12C Cloud Control

Hi Everyone,

We have had some recent inquires on how to deploy new plugins.  Customers are asking if they should remove the old plugin before installing the new ones.  Besides the documentation, we have a really good document that explains the online and offline mode for deploying the Database Plugin (Note 1388143.1).  Hope it helps!
