Demantra 7.3.1.4 Promotion Calendar Configuration

Hi,

Does anyone have a configuration document that they can share on how to configure promotion calendar in Demantra? The Demantra Rel 7.3.1.4 TOI was not clear on how to set it up. I'm not quite sure whether to manually populate the tables calendar_view_def and calendar_series_def, my bet is that I'm going to populate them but I want to confirm.

Also, in the Worksheet Designer --> Layout, when I right click on the level, I don't see the option called "Show Calendar". Is this a known bug?
