Patch 14115185 causing numerous invalid objects and several .plls not compiling

Hi,

For which the patch#14115185 was suggested.

However when trying to apply the patch, customer has ended up into numerous invalids.

The uploaded ZIP files do have patch error logs.
We applied the patch to multiple times.

The patch could not generate the following plls

au      resource        ARXTWCMI.pll
au      resource        ARXTWTAX.pll
au      resource        ARXRWMAI.pll
au      resource        ARXTWLIN.pll
au      resource        ARXRWAPP.pll
au      resource        ARXRWRCT.pll
au      resource        ARXTWBAT.pll
au      resource        ARXTWMAI.pll
au      resource        ARXTWSCR.pll
au      resource        ARXTWMAF.pll

We tried to compile manually after compiling invalids.
