After applying the patch "Patch 17925376: 1099 CHANGES FOR YEAR 2013 FOR 11i, we are seeing ORA-0406

Applied patch Patch 17925376: 1099 CHANGES FOR YEAR 2013 FOR 11i

In Payment Forms, users are getting

ORA-04062: signature of package "APPS.AP_CHECKS_PKG" has been changed

FRM-40735: WHEN-BUTTON-PRESSED trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-04062.

Asked to check if the patch was applied with out errrors and If there are invalid objects

and pll/forms did not compile during patching.

The issue you mentioned is similar to issue in
Attempting To Void Payment Documents And Receive Ora-04062 (Doc ID 458305.1)
Is it the Form, APXSUMBA.fmb where you are getting the errors?

Using adadmin please recompile APXSUMBA.fmb form and retest
