For active My Oracle Support Community (MOSC) members, the new look is very apparent. What is not as obvious are the new features that will help you get answers and find solutions.
Part of the new look comes from sharing a new platform with the Oracle Technology Network (OTN) Community. When you see the blue banner at the top of the page, or (MOSC) after a name, you can be certain that you are in My Oracle Support Community (MOSC). These pages have content that is only available for Premier Support customers, and Oracle Support engineers moderate the discussions. When you see a red banner, you are in the OTN Community, which is open to the general public. Unless you own the Intellectual Property (IP), do not share MOSC information in the
