Database Blocking on FCM ARM

Hi,

From time to time, we notice database blocking on the database related to ERPI.

We are not sure which activity which cause this, however, we have one below which has run for over 12 hours.

Could you please advise by looking at the query below, which activity may cause this?

And what's the best way to manage this?

We are using FCM ARM application version 11.1.2.3.100
