Employee Update Program Questions
Hello Team,
I'd like to get more information on two questions related to employee update program functionality.
1. When I terminate employee record with future date, employee update program is showing supplier record will be inactive on future date. However it is not end dating the supplier record. Does it mean until future termination date become current supplier record will be active in system ? I just want to ensure that AP team get enough time to clear any of "In Process" expense report.
2. Even if I populate final process date while terminating the employee record,"Employee Update program" is considering the actual termination date. When I see output of employee update program is showing as "Updated To" actual termination date. Is there any reason why program is not considering the final process date.
