How do I make an existing HR Organization into an HR Country?

in Human Capital Management - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hello,

An existing organization used to function as a sub-org of an HR Country.  Now I need to put them at the same level, as HR Country.  Do I simply put the sub-org under the mother org and all the structures under, i.e. positions, departments, will follow?
