Monitoring Tool /Dashbord for mulitple instance .

Is it possible to connect multiple instance in oracle enterprise manager .

I have near about 11 EBS instance(12.1.3)  looking tool or dash board that provide me  complete issue / issue description detail of each instance in single window.
