Reg: Import functionality in service contracts loading only signed contracts

Hi

Can you please confirm that the importing contracts feature through Contracts workbench administrator responsibility only import contracts in Signed status?

whereas if we load the csv data through SQL loader, contracts status can ve draft, entered, approved, signed?
