Oct CPU Patch on 11.2.0.2

We are trying to update patchset (17082367 ) on 11.2.0.2 and found one of the patches is conflict.

Following patches have conflicts. Please contact Oracle Support and get the merged patch of the patches :

17082367, 10220118

Following patches will be rolled back from Oracle Home on application of the patches in the given list :

10220118

Conflicts/Supersets for each patch are:

Conflict details:

We didnt find this conflicted patch(10220118) in newer release which we can apply after rolled back.
