Where to set client Inactivity Timeout parameter in SIM (13.1.5)

Hi We are using SIM 13.1.5 (Oracle Application server) and after 1 hour SIM hangs due to inactivity.

We tried all the parameters like in transaction-manager.xml etc but nothing helps.

Means even if change timeout parameter to 7200, SIM always hangs in 55-60 minutes all the time.

We fed up of setting/increasing timeout parameters or other parameters for this client inactivity but still SIM hang in 55-60 minutes religiously.

NOTE: We have RPM application which does not hang in 60 minutes. And we dont know how and why this is happening?

Is there any CLIENT INACTIVITY PARAMETER somewhere in SIM, where we will alter it and increase the sim idle timeout ?
