EPM 11.1.2.3 deployment to WebSphere application server

Hello Gurus,

       We are planning to upgrade hyperion system 9.3.3 to 11.1.2.2 & then to 11.1.2.3.

       We are having distributed environment & IBM WebSphere 7.0.0.23+ (ND) is the web application server to which we are going to deploy EPM Web applications.

       I have gone through all required documentation & aware about the steps.

       I just have a query here : Is it possible to deploy EPM web apps(say on Machine A) to IBM Websphere installed on some different machine(Machine which will not have any Hyperion component installed ?

      Note: If we deploy to WebLogic server, the Foundation Services machine should have Weblogic domain & admin server on the same machine.             How will be the scenario in case of IBM Websphere?
