Fund Disbursement Process Manager homepage going into Internal Server Error

Hi,

We have EBS R12.1.2. When I am opening Fund Disbursement Process Manager responsibility, it takes long time to respond and at last it goes into Internal Server Error.

Its happening on all instances. Due to which we are unable to see PPRs coming from Cash Management.
