Chart is blank when finished concurrent in excel format.

Hi Guys,

We have a report with output in Excel format and this excel have some charts . When I change the output in pdf format the report is showing the chart but when the output is excel the chart dissapear/blank.

I saw some forums where the peoples says to insert informations in properties "Base image URI" and "Image file directory" in BI Publisher Administration but I don't understand what informations input there. For example the name of my picture (chart) is "xdoimgx709dijp4Z1808589996673296366.png", this name was created by BI Publisher Desktop (version 11.117.0.79) and I moved this picture to unix path "export/home/xxjean/".
