Dynamic Weblink in a report for Appointment and Task

Hi,

Good day!

I would like to ask if you already tried creating a dynamic weblink in a report for Appointment and Task(Activity Record Type).

Upon clicking the link in the report, it will navigate either on Appointment or Task layout depending on the record.

Your help will be greatly appreciated.
