Has anyone implemented Fellow Consulting PIM Sync replacement (for Lotus Notes)?

We are attempting to roll out a pilot using the Fellow Consulting Lotus Notes PIM Sync replacement and I need to upload the lotus_mapping.xml file provided by Fellow.

I don't know where / how to do this.  Has anyone done this? thank you!
