T5240 Firmware issue

I have 2 5240's that required a firmware upgrade. I grabbed the latest one (147310-10) and attempted to apply on both servers, with one successfully upgrading and the other failed with a "ret = -7" error message.  Any help with this would be appreciated -- thank you.

After looking through the README, I left out a key part in the error message which was "send/receive failed (2)", which alludes to an issue with the Service Processor (SP). Looks like I need to call it in -- nevermind.
