Project Number - Select a valid value

During the transaction of an expense report in Oracle Internet Expenses I have assigned the profile OIE:Enable Project Allocations: Required with account allocations, so that I can change the accounts from some lines of the expense report. These lines are associated with a project, task and expenditure organization. But when I enter to the tab "account allocations" appear a message error: Project Number - Select a valid value, and the project is already selected.
