Dataguard issue

We are runningPROD 4node rac 11.2.0.3 on Redhat Linux and have local standby and DR standby.  Yesterday I notice that 3 of our standby DBs are not in sync with primary. Infact when I run query it returns 0 row applied. it seems our logs are being shipped but not being applied. I am not seeing any error in alert.log either. Is there a way to find out when and why the log applied stopped working? I have level 1 SR open but still waiting for reply.

Any suggestion Please?
