Looking to buy and install GRID

Hi,

Databases 10.2, 11.2, 11.1

Os's: GNU/ Lunix, Solaris, Windows

Virtual and Cloud environments.

The above indicates our current environments. Our processes and access systems are complex.

We are looking to have a better resource monitoring implementation in our environment.

If we like to have GRID implementation, do we need to buy a separate software and licenses to implement GRID or am I messing up any thing. Can you please share your comments and suggestions.

This is a  GRID question. Since I could not find the Database /GRID discussions, I am posting this question in this basic Database Administration group. I am wondering whether this will go to Oracle Enterprise Monitoring and Operations Center discussions.
