How to create a Service Request in MOS - for our Acme Packet customers

Hi team,

     We have created a document in My Oracle Support, specifically to assist and guide our Acme Packet customers in creating Service Requests for Acme Packet post-sale support technical issues, either by Phone or Web. You will need your My Oracle Support login to view the document - your company will have received documentation in the mail from Oracle with details of how to register/activate your login at My Oracle Support; and you will have this login working, in order to see this post in this Community.
