MRAV - OUT: Receiving Advice Notification (RECADV) not supported in R12 ?

My client has this EDI Transaction (861/RECADV) in their 11i Instance currently, however, they are upgrading to R12 but I do not see this EDI Transaction as a Supported Transaction in R12.

The Interface Table called MODEC_MRAV_HEADERS is small as far as interfaces go.  How best to migrate this transaction and tables to R12.1.3?
