Oracle Case Management Functionality in 11i Tele Service

In R12 we can configure the Request extensive attribute & Associated Parties for Case Management, Like Attribute Groups & Attribute,Attribute Group Association , Page Association, Action Request Type etc... & Same we can use in Case management.

Is same Functionality is available in 11i Tele service. [ 11.5.10.2]
