How to correctly emulate mobile device in browser (testing OpenUI)

Dear experts,

Could you please give us an advice how to correctly ( if needed ) setup cfg file for dedicated client in order to test Siebel Open UI with local DB.

For testing, we are planning use standard Chrome browser, where we can emulate any mobile device.

Siebel version:  8.1.1.11

module/application:  eCommunication (AOM)
