Closed PO Migration

Hi 

We have a requirement.

Our client just moved to Oracle11.5.10 from thier JDE.

In JDE ,Parts are received against Purchase order and PO closed and those On-hand quantity are migrated to Orcale and we migrated only Open PO.

Now they found few parts are defective and wanted to send back to Supplier but there is no PO in Orcale to do RTV.

Is it possible to migrate the closed PO? or how to resolve this issue.
