Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Regarding freezed Tape media SL3000 LTO4 using Net Back up

Hello,

We have a lot of Freezed Tape Media. Tryed to unfreeze but after some time Near to all tape medias has been freesed up.
again.

We use Sym Net back Up.

Where is the Problem?

Old Tape media, Tape Drives, or wron cleaning process?
