Payroll Check postive pay file

Oracle payroll does not provide the capability to create a positive pay file of all payroll checks to send to the bank.  Oracle says it is a customization.

Does Cash management have the capability to produce this file to send to the bank?  If so does anyone have a document on the setup that they would share.

This is not EFT file for payments.
