BI Publisher (OBIEE 11.1.1.7.1): See running reports/sessions via EM?

When using BI Publisher as part of OBIEE, is it possible to use the Enterprise Manager (http://host:7001/em) to see which sessions/reports are active?

We faced a situation recently where a user ran a report with very (wide) parameter range and brought the server to 100% cpu utilization.

What are we supposed to do in these kind of circumstances? (apart from training the users)

I have enabled Monitor and Audit within BI Publisher administration but that is primarily after-the-fact info and not useful in this particular scenario.
