Transactions not in GL

Hello,

I need URGENT help.

The user cannot close the January Period because have this problem.

They detect in a bridge account (14651001 - BRIDGE INVENTORY ACCOUNT) have information in the credit and the account have to be in zero. No have pending posting events.

How can we detect the events?.
