Connection to Shared Services Provider Failed

Recently upgraded users machine to windows 7 and Office 2010.  Now, when she tries to export a report in query ready mode from Hyperion Reporting or from workspace, she gets "connection to shared services provider failed the provider running at [our URL] is not a shared services provider.  This functionality works fine on XP and Office 2007.  I am sure there is a setting somewhere that needs to be checked or unchecked but I have not found it.  We have the site as a trusted site, have enabled macros, trusted vb content etc.  But still now luck.  Has anyone seen
