Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Why User Profiles Mass Creation if email is set for User IDs strip out characters like dot (".")?

I set the user to have Campus Email like: firstname.lastname@peoplesoft.account. And the result Profile is firstnamelastname not firstname.lastname.

If I try to make the profile manual I can create firstname.lastname profile. Which is corect based on documentation:

The user ID can contain up to 30 characters. The name that you specify cannot contain white space or any of the following characters:

; : & , < > \ / " [ ] ( )

Any suggestions?
