JDEdwards inventory report indicating last purchased/last issued

The purchasing/inventory dept. is asking for an inventory report showing items that are in inventory that have not been purchased or issued in the last 2-3 years.  I am trying to find a report that already does that, otherwise I will try to put a query together to give them what they want and will need to know the files I need to build query, i.e., F4101/F4111/etc.  I'm new to this discussion thing so sorry if I am in the wrong area and would appreciate guidance to help find what I need.  Thanks.....
