Security by Operating Unit in Oracle AME for iProcurement

Hello,

I have two different operating units (1SV001 and 1SV003). I need to separate the AME setup and access. I create 2 responsbilities, assigned security profiles in system administrator. Then I create Grants and per User assigned the operating unit and responsibility. But when I accessed to the responsibility I cannot do the setup, because the Update icon is not visible.

Please I need help
