BI Publisher and CreateForm

Is it possible to setup both BI Publisher and CreateForm to process the same UBE job?  It appears that once a UBE is submitted using Report Definition that the PDF is no longer generated; is this the case? or is the PDF created but no longer accessible via Submitted jobs?
