How to set RPM in a different language other than the client's computer

Hi All,

I have a computer in English, but I need to use RPM in Spanish for testing purposes. I already followed the instructions in the RPM Ops Guide and one support note I found (doc id 1477164.1) with no success so far.

I made the changes in the Regional Settings in my computer, I changed the Format and the Location, but RPM is still opened in English. I also deleted all the java files (cache) after the change and same result.

Any thoughts on how to get this working, it will be appreciated. I'm using RPM 13.2.6 with Java 7 Update 40 in the client.
