Long running 1099 Electronic Media

After applying the necessary patches for 2013 1099 processing, request '1099 Electronic Media' is running for a much longer time than we have seen in the past.  Attempts to run for the full year have not completed yet as we cancelled the request.  A run for 1 quarter took over 2 hours.  Is any one else experiencing this?
